Internet information : True or Not?

Nowadays, people from all around the world using internet as the number one references for any news, facts, stories, and etc. But day by day, people start to confuse whether to believe it or not because many of internet users start to create something that slightly different from the reality and worst, they creating a totally different story. A very good example that i can mention here is the news about their favourite artists or superstar. There are so many articles that have been posted on the internet about these artists that is not true. This scenario also happened in the political world and many other issues. They simply use the name that looks like an official website but actually it is not. So, the conclusion here is the internet information is not totally 100% correct. We have to looks for at least 3 or more other website and compare the information we get there so that we can make sure which one is the correct information.

p/s : do not be the person that just believe the first information that we got.

The Internet, sometimes called simply "the Net," is a worldwide system of computer networks - a network of networks in which users at any one computer can, if they have permission, get information from any other computer (and sometimes talk directly to users at other computersThat is defination of interet.Everyone have their opinion to said,for me internet is usefull thing nowdays and 75% true not all.As you can see people who seek for information,idea using this medium.Internet is the fast way to solve that problem.Are you want to go find some data using old method like reading 5 inci thick book??Of course u don't want.About not true or fake,we put it back,because internet is a global media who active,but don you put 100 % trust this media,there are some people like to twist the fact.

For my opinion, from years to years I have been used internet in my daily life to do some work or even just for my entertainment, I had found that information in the internet cannot be conclude as true information. This is because some of other people give wrong information as long as nobody could argue them. Before the information been taken by me, I always find another source to make that information is from the right thing and not just been create by someone. As the conclusion, the information that want be taken from any site must been confirmed from the right source.

from my point of view, most of the information in internet are true. they come from a reliable source and proven to be true by all witness. If we search on something, many links will say the same accept 1 or 2 links that will say the opposite. From that, we can see that 80% is true. And of course if we see info from someone blogs or email, then we cant just believe it 100%. we have to make sure from other source if that info is true or not. one way to avoid false information from internet was evaluate the author of every website you visit. Look for the author's professional status or position. For example, if you're on a legal website, find out whether the authors have law degrees or some other legal background.

Are we supposed believe in internet or not...

Nowadays internet is such an important type of media that can connect to a person in worldwide with such an easy way.But there are some discussion that be made that are we supposed believe in it or not.For me,it depends for what website that we open or the information that we want to find.Furthermore,from what i see some people do their research and collect information from the sources in the internet that we as people cannot easily believe in it easily.For an example,the website that ask people to invest their money in some project that are not have verified from the government.Besides that,there are many website that we can believe such as yahoo,newspaper website and many more.So as a conclusion it depends to the people worldwide to decide either to believe or not the internet..

Everyone knows know about the online world.

Internet is not just a medium that we use for blogging, gaming and chating but we also could find out about some fact that we did not know the truth.The internet world is the vast place filled with information as well as the largest network of people out there. Of course the online world is not a place that is full of the truth but where the best place that we could find the information beside the internet? Library?Did we would go to library just to find out 1 information?Of course no! I believe that not all of us believe that internet information is totally truth but it is the best place the where that your can find information in critical situation.

I also believe peoples also use the information in internet weather it they already know that internet information is not 100% true.

in my opinion, there are some website that are true and it is proved. so, by this statement, i believe about what they said in internet. but, i don't mean all website are true. example like we want to search about history, there are website that are true and it is official. some website they just post about what they are believe and what they are thinking. more example, let say there are news about someone dead. on the internet, they are many website and blog with the same topic, but is the point is true? where it is happen and who are involve in it. 90% i confirmed that the point are different. so, my conclusion is some in internet can be true and the others can be false.

From my side, I will believed or not believing based on the source of the information. The information from such a weird or i think an unofficial page such as www.blablaTRUENEWS.com, will not be trusted by me. But such info that came from an official site such as staronline.com that i will trust. Furthermore, we must first check on the  news, some serious news such as a death of someone or a massacre in some places. Although there are a lot of news posted in the internet, we as the user must cleverly differentiate which true or false news on the internet so that we can't be easily fool. We as the internet user also CAN'T i repeat Cannot post some false or fake news easily cause maybe it will confuse other people and in the worst case scenario, you might get caught by the official because spreading a false rumours such as the truth of some news that the officials might not want us to know.

Media Stereotypes.

Based on my experience, there are a lot of media stereotypes in our world nowadays. The kind of stereotypes that make you think "oh it's okay, it is normal". No! it doesn't! stereotyping in media is like a medium to brainwash people nowadays to think whats right is wrong and whats wrong is right. That kind of stereotyping is the type that we have to avoid and think again after we watch, listen or even read it. I give some example from waht i saw in hollywood movie nowadays:

Short men are angry

Tall men are natural leaders

Blacks are all criminals

Muslims are all terrorists

British people are all live in castles & talk like the queen

Blondes are stupid

Americans are stupid & fat

Gay men are sissys

Women are not as smart as men

Men are the stronger sex

Black women are agressive

White women are push overs

Asian women are submissive

No, I repeat no it doesn't play like that. We have to review it by ourself which one the true of false of media stereotypes.

Based Media of Stereotypes

Mulan (1998), the story of a Chinese hero. The real Hua Mu-Lan lived so long ago that her story has become a Chinese legend . This story had tell us not only men that only can lend their power or guts to became a national hero .This story also tell us about a young woman that filled with love for her family had to sacrifice for her father and family sake to became a soldier and fight for her country.

After i watch this video,i truthlly dissapointed to the all people think that arabain and muslim are terrorist.This is was planned by zionist long time ago.They want to make people on the earth hate,racist,dicrimination to muslim.Nowdays,that plan had success.People all around may think that muslim is bad,muslim is not friendly.

I watch the movie that have genre stereotype media is 'Slumdog Millionaire'.A slum boy Jamal Malik had won 'Who Wants To Be A Millonaire'.Each question is base of his life.Unfortunately he had arrested under succipion of cheating.That had shows that people will not listen or understand from slum,poor and etc.There are dicrimination shows in this movie.

The story is absolutely engrossing. There are so many good and realistic things going on... a man learning about all the little things he has missed in life, an Indian princess striving for adventure and guidance amongst her steady and safe society, and a full-blown war between civilizations who both believe that the other is made of savages. I appreciate that this story is a realistic depiction of war, with two disagreeing sides, neither of which is necessarily right or wrong.

Million Dollar Baby

It is the story of an under-appreciated boxing trainer, his elusive past, and his quest for atonement by helping an underdog amateur female boxer (the film's title character) achieve her dream of becoming a professional.

In this movie, Clint Eastwood need to forget that Hilary Swank is a woman so that he is able to train her to be a boxer. As we can see here, the gender stereotypes is really obvious. The actor have to forget that he now train a woman to be a boxer as usually aggressive boxer is a man.

when i watch the video post by madam helena. i sigh and dissapointed of the people that think of arabian and muslims the wrong way. They only think arabians as terorist that do bad stuff to their country. This kind of tragedy keeps happening all over the world.

I watched a movie that includes stereotype media which is "simpson the movie"
from the movie, it show the power of a president and how much power he has to control the world. With a single comand, he can destroy a whole city to dust.

From my opinion after watching the video given by Madam Helena, they wanted to tell us that every arab or muslim is a terrorist .From that, they also trying to make people see arabian or muslims from the bad side.

Stereotypes act like codes that give audience a quick , common understanding of a person or group of people. Stereotype usually relating to their class, religion ,race and gander. Stereotype have existed since the beginning of time in our everyday life through religion politics and the media.

This documentary is about exploring sharks began as an underwater andventure.

Sharkwater takes you into the most shark rich waters of the world exposing the exploitation and corruption surrounding the world's shark populations in the marine reserves of Cocos Island, Costa Island and the Galapagos Island, Ecuador.

It is such a great documentary .

Can we consider Blogger as a Journalist?

Based on the title, my personal view is that nowadays Blogger are not a big different than the Journalist.

Let me make myself clear here. Yes, they are not a big difference nowadays but, we must first read the post.

If the post that had been made are from a reliable sources, why not? Blogger also can post their news no matter what.

Only the difference is Journalist did their job to get paid, while some Blogger been paid and some just for spare time filler only.

That is the difference. That's why the one that getting payment doing more research than the one that just for fun.

So to differentiate both of them, we must first read through their post and why not, even us can be a journalist! :D

Are bloggers the same as journalist? to me.. it all depends on the bloggers themselves. A journalist
collects and disseminates informations about current events, people, trends, and issues. Some bloggers also post out and collects informations about current events, people, trends, and issues.
Thus that make the readers became aware of nowaday news without even watching news or read the newspaper. There was also bloggers who did not do the same thing as journalist such as posting their daily life, their memories, and much more.
I have read other people blogs and found out some of them really collects informations just like what journalist do, and some of them just posting their daily rutine and all the lame stuff about school and everything.

From my point of view,

the blogger are not exactly same as the journalist. This is because not all blogger write same content as the journal. Some of them just wrote about their life, their passion, their environment and etc.

Beside that,

the journalist commonly word for get money but blogger is more free as the writer. The blogger can wrote anything what they like and not depend on any companies. Both also have the different type of writing. The blogger more free to write and commonly they wrote what they know, feel and think. While the journalist writing must conclude facts and must have some aspect that they must fill.

So, I think it is not suitable to said that blogger is journalist by referring from all that aspects shown by them.

it is because,

bloggers are more likely a group that give us a wrong information.

I think that the bloggers are definitely different from the journalist:

1.bloggers just do their work only to share their opinion

journalist do their work to get paid

2.bloggers write their opinion by writes it only with what their think is interesting

journalist always write on recent issues and topic
